The "Wall of Happiness" is inspired by the simple yet powerful practice of daily gratitude journaling.
The idea comes from an Instagram creator,
@etymologynerd, who sticks post-it notes on his wall with short messages,
with each note representing something that made him happy that
day.
How it works:
